About Aleyant

Founded in 2005, Aleyant is an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices. The company has grown from a one-person software development firm, to an international company with employees on five continents and supplies its software solutions worldwide. The company is the recipient of the prestigious Printing Industries of America’s prestigious Intertech Technology Award.

Aleyant provides mobile ready, cloud-based solutions for web-to-print storefronts, online design & personalization, print job pricing, estimating and raw material inventory tracking, as well as automated proofing, preflighting and prepress workflow. Workflow automation from the customer-facing storefront to prepress to production is a hallmark of our software, as well as with “playing well” with third party software systems. Aleyants expertise lies in developing highly functional and flexible applications using the most current Web development technologies available, including workflow aimed at lights-out automation.

By unifying production processes, we expand our customers’ ability to be more available, efficient and profitable.

Aleyant’s flagship web-to-print software, Pressero, is a highly customizable retail and business-to-business storefront interface and has launched many of its clients into the exciting world of Internet-based print sales. Aleyant also offers a web-based online design and variable data publishing (VDP) system, eDocBuilder™, as a separate product, as well as Aleyant tFLOW™, a powerful digital and large format automation workflow solution that is integrated into the Aleyant ecosystem. Aleyant PrintJobManager™ is a Zapier-compatible cloud-based print job management solution that includes a fast means of generating market-driven pricing, job management, inventory control, planning and estimating across a variety of production technologies and applications. Aleyant solutions are already integrated with multiple MIS and web-to-print systems and are easily integrated with other third-party offerings commonly used in printing operations.

Who Uses Pressero?

Commercial print shops, brokers, copy shops, in-plants, and others use Pressero to generate and manage shopping cart-based, private-branded corporate (B2B) storefronts for business accounts; and retail (B2C) storefronts for the general public.

Beyond Basic Web-to-Print: Workflow Integration

Catalog or item based, the storefronts include custom or stock ordering, interactive pricing, estimating, file transfer, proofing, inventory tracking, shipping, payment, order approval, JDF, and MIS integration among other advanced workflow capabilities. Local languages, taxes, and currency are also supported.

Beyond Stock Items: Personalization

In addition to ordering stock and inventoried items, Aleyant’s eDocBuilder personalization system enables the print buyer to personalize a template with text and images. Popular uses for eDocBuilder include business cards, flyers, postcards, and brochures. eDocBuilder integrates into Pressero generated storefronts and other systems.

Beyond Personalization: Variable Data Publishing

Aleyant’s variable data publishing (VDP) system is a built-in component of eDocBuilder. It enables the print item  to be automatically personalized by the print buyer via a database file upload rather than a one-at-a-time approach. Ideal for a mailing campaign.

Beyond Personalization: Interactive Design

The Aleyant InterActive Designer enables a print service provider’s customers to design their own print products in an easy to use online application similar to a simplified page layout program.  The InterActive Designer integrates seamlessly with Pressero generated storefronts and others.
