Purchased new business software that is supposed to improve efficiency, profitability, etc. but as you implement, it just seems overwhelming and complicated. So much to set up and learn while still keeping up with daily customer demands. Not easy! In this article, Jennifer Matt provides some key pointers on how to avoid these traps, such as encouraging your team to teach each other about different areas of the software and also establish a relationship with other printers that are also using the software.
