How to Prevent Web-to-Print Solution Frustration

Whattheythink.com’s recent post provides some great advice to help prevent web-to-print solution frustration. We’ve all been there, right? Purchased new business software that is supposed to improve efficiency, profitability, etc. but as you implement, it just seems overwhelming and complicated. So much to set up and learn while still keeping up with daily customer demands. Not easy! In this article, Jennifer Matt provides some key pointers on how to avoid these traps, such as encouraging your team to teach each other about different areas of the software and also establish a relationship with other printers that are also using the software. It is important to do this work upfront to yield long-term success with your web-to-print solution. The following quote sums up it best we think: “The vision must be followed by the venture.
