Important Updates to Aleyant Pressero™ and Aleyant Automated Workflow Integrator™ (AWI) Released Today

Aleyant Pressero™ Adds New Payment Method, Mercado Pago, and New Set of Order Reports; Important Update to Couriers Please Shipping Method; New Version of Aleyant Automated Workflow Integrator™ (AWI) Now Available

Important Change to Couriers Please Shipping Method

Couriers Please has provided a new web service to calculate the shipping cost and is requiring their users to move to the new service. We have made changes in Pressero to support this change and you will see that effective today. Below is a list of differences between the old version and the new one:

  • Package has a minimum of 3cm by 4cm by 4cm
  • Added a list of new Service Codes
  • The web service now requires an API Access Key

Also, the service is a bit different when the user requests the shipping cost for an item. It will now list all the services available from the sender’s postcode to the customer’s postcode. So it’s possible that not all services are available from one postcode to another. Please note the plugin is working through this and when the service is not found, it will return the appropriate message.

Addition of New Payment Method: Mercado Pago

Pressero now has Mercado Pago as a new payment method for Latin America.

This payment method is used in the following countries:

  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • Venezuela
  • Colombia
  • Mexico
  • Chile

Addition of New Pressero Order Reports

A new set of order reports (called compact) are now available. These are the same reports as we have had but without page breaks after each order item.

New Version of AWI Now Available

This version offers improved network performance, specifically addressing error handling and connections. In addition, the first version of AWI 2 for Linux (beta) is now available.
